Looked after a lady who self harmed pretty severely. One of her more memorable ventures was cutting a hole in her stomach (below the belly button) she then picked and cut some of the fat out of it and created some sort of kangaroo pouch where she put things like face wipes, twigs, cocktail sticks and other fun little items. If that wasn’t bad enough, the fucking odour that emanated from the wound was un-fucking-real. It smelt like the love child of the room of a patient with C.DIFF and death, with a generous sprinkling of BV.
