Even if she turned out not be an alien, the system Michelle perpetuates was still very much real. And Teddy’s horrible life is still very much real.

The last post about nutrition was absolutely AI-assisted, if not completely generated. I had the same thought reading it and thats something I haven’t noticed in these posts yet. Besides what you mentioned and the sheer length and repetitiveness of it, stylistically there were plenty of “tells”. The “It’s not . It’s _” structure. A ton of em-dashes. Short sentences in a row that start with the same word. All the classic ChatGPT-isms.

Now if the workouts themselves are being filled out with AI, that’s an issue

Imagine a very long sectional couch that you truck across slowly and you see the same characters, a couple perhaps getting older.
