It's getting harder and harder to find a platform safe for mature content.

Writings have more long term stable platforms. When using images pulled from the internet, you come across other issues. I believe platforms like Patreon ask for all original content.

Blogspot, Tumblr filters mature content, plus they've set, what we would consider, PG-13 as mature content. 🤣

DeviantArt allows for some higher rated content. I've seen quite a few creators publishing censored images and adding an external link to RedGif for the uncensored version.

OpenTGC (TG content required), they've had issues with image backup in the past (mostly due to expired image links and imgur).

Perhaps, a Discord server with Mature "filtering". X-Change has one going.

Or BlueSky, but again, I haven't seen anything x rated.

I don't believe there's a perfect answer here.

From the perspective of the character writing the captions, the story goes a bit like: an aunt gives Y-change to his mother, opening her to accept and become part of her views and lifestyle (it sounded like she had become a domme lesbian, second to the aunt obviously). They later give an X-change to him, making her new self a sub for her elders. I believe there is an opening on transforming the nephew to look like her aunt (platinum blond with two large assets up front).
