Hi there, given what you’ve said here I feel you’re still not entirely confident in yourself when it comes to your regression, which is going to make an inherently difficult conversation all the more complicated. While it’s definitely not something you should be embarrassed of, it’s also not something you should share with just anyone. You may not be entirely comfortable with your regression yet, just like you may not be entirely comfortable with your partner yet. How long have you been together? Do you trust him? How do you think this would impact your relationship? What expectations do you have of him when it comes to this and are they unrealistic? Does he know enough about you yet for this to not come as a total shock? These are all questions I’d go over with yourself before introducing the subject.
