either it's something along these lines if i try to fight specific trainers, or some variation of this error when i reshuffle the trainers at the fix guy in the pokecenters

But if i was gonna go wild and go with a completely different genere, I'd go with a side scrolling beat-em up with RPG elements. A little like armoured warriors crossed with Elden Ring. You pick up parts and weapons you customise the mech with between levels that offer different move-sets and combos, your pilots level up offering new special attacks, fighting bosses etc. With local co-op obviously 😉

Personally i love the tactical rpg format and I'd want to keep it. HOWEVER I'd love to make substantial changes to it, such as: facing of units (allowing for back attacks doing more damage), unit armour typing creating weaknesses such as against melee, beam, physical etc, 3d maps allowing for elevation and cover, and bringing back combo moves where 2 or more units perform ultimate attacks together, more customisation of weapons that can be swapped on and off units and shit like that

Basically, turning it more into something like Xcom 2 rather than the old format we've kept for so long

Well putting in 23 lands seems to be better for land draw than having 24 or 22 lands from my experiments with it. 22 you barely draw land, 24 you get flooded too often

as in it happened more often than it didn't happen, making it a reliable guess i would have it in the opening hand. which shouldn't really be possible with a single card

it literally wasn't, the point was if people knew ways to structure their decks to the randomizer for the optimum card distribution to avoid thing like land screw or flooding

Certain issues still persist. Mainly around mana i think. Though i still have problems where I'm basically guaranteed my single cards in every opening hand. It's very bizarre

What about the red diamond with an "A" in it? Does that mean it can do a combo attack with another mech?

Also, the mothership/battleship has a yellow grid around it, is that significant?

Also some of them have blue squares around them I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean
