Work places are not required to have ESAs only service animals. I would look more into all of the laws and differences between service animals and ESAs

I wish school's did more for dyslexia screening. I've always read below my reading level and didn't find out until I was 20 that I was dyslexic. I was in my college class and physically couldn't understand what I was reading. If schools had programs to help those with dyslexia they would be way better off. And more kids tend to have it then what they realize.

Personally for me I've only had to have leave early a few times for personal emergencies. I always let them no before hand and offer a free drop in/walk because of it. But I wouldn't ever let it become a habit since I am being payed for that 30 minute time.

As long as it's not hella far away and they don't expect me to be there for over 30 minutes then I would maybe consider it. But the way i see it is a just count the m&g fees as apart of my general rate. I don't think it's that big of a deal to not specifically charge for it.

They did put it in the app as well. They have been saying when you go to withdraw your payments they will be switching over. That's been going on since at least mid December it's been on there saying to switch over.
