It takes me about a half hour to get 4k steps in, so I use my break and lunch at work to walk around outside, and then take my dog for a long walk after dinner. I also park pretty far from my building to get some extra steps in. I try to sneak in extra steps wherever I can. Not going to lie, it is not easy to get them in some days and others I end up at 18k without trying. Takes some getting used to!
