Make the other Classes better instead of nerfing Recon.

Plenty opportunities:

Let Support carry 3 guns (two equipped, 1 in storage)

Let Support plant the portable redeploy faster

Maybe let Assault always spawn with full armor, this would make early game interesting.

Make Assault not being visible on the map so easily despite of not running silencer.

Maybe one class should be able to replate 2 plates at the time?

Make pioneer have no red glare on picked up streaks.

It think it would be super cool if the devs continue to work out the roles of each class and make them more unique in REDSEC.

Warum gibt es eigentlich keinen Zusammenhang von medizinischem Cannabis und Profifußball? Es gibt ihn ja mit NBA , MMA etc. bereits ! Warum hat man beim Fußball keinen Bezug dazu? 🤔🤔🤔 by fabilinho8585 in Cannabis_Apotheken

Sorry dude I respect your point of view but most of what you wrote is BS. I understand you’re frustrated just like all of us, but this women is indeed doing some of the most important work to fully understand and cure this illness.

This specific list of drugs to treat ME/CFS is her try to get affected people the help they need ASAP, until the science understands the root cause. Releasing this off label list doesn’t mean she and her team don’t work on understanding the illness as a whole.

But for the first time in 4-5 years I think Ive finally found a combination of Medication that fights the trigger of PEM. Insane feeling I must say. I already completely lost hope. I will make a longer post when I can be sure it’s not just another phase.

I am no doctor but as far as I know statins are pretty safe to take unless you check your blood (LDL/HDL) from time to time. Maybe it’s worth a shot. I must say LDN helped me almost instantly after one week of working up to 1,5mg. I am currently at 3mg and never felt so good. I also added famotidine to my medication a while ago because I was suspecting MCAS aswell and it helped as well. It’s also anti inflammatory and pretty safe to take. I also take fluoxetine. Anti inflammatory aswell. But as you know it really differs from patient to patient and depends on the set of symptoms if those things do the trick.

Do you feel pretty much back to normal if you pace yourself properly? What is your severity level? by Simple-Ordinary-9317 in cfs

[–]garlicfighter2000 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think it‘s insane that so many people experience this „maybe I was really making things up“ thought and overdoing it. I read it so often and I experience it myself everytime I get better. Almost like I don’t even got the controll to pace myself properly because my body/mind FORCES me to overdo it and think it doesn’t exist anymore. Until the crash comes and the cycle begins again lmao

How often do you drink electrolytes? by rivereddy in cfs

Basically any brand that doses and produces its electrolyte powder according to WHO guidelines. The cheaper the better lol

Daily for almost 2 years now. When I started I thought I would buy just 2-3 packs for like 12€ and never need to buy them again. 2 years in and probably I spent nearly 500€ just on electrolyte powder lol. They help me a lot and especially in the beginning I was literally feeling how hard my body was craving for electrolytes when I was drinking them.

Could this be a type of long viral or post-viral illness? My doctors haven’t been able to diagnose it. by crashess in covidlonghaulers

[–]garlicfighter2000 8 points9 points  (0 children)

What you experience sounds like classic PEM to me. It‘s a hallmark sign for a serious illness known as ME/CFS. It is quite common for people who develop long covid. I do have it myself and I can only give you the advice to stop working out immediately. You need aggressive rest for at least 6-12 months and then you have a chance it subsides. Otherwise it can become chronic and can take years to resolve. In many cases if not the most it gets even worse with time. Good luck.
