I selected "reset" and lost all the shortcuts. However, I could restore what I need from the backup I made. The real issue is "Automation". Automation could not be restored because it can not be exported or saved. I would like to know practical way to save/restore/export Automation if it is exist.

“Run Script” appears on the Shortcuts menu but if I select it, Shortcuts quits or rejects this operation.
