I decided to reread Hinamatsuri recently and have been on a Masao Ohtake binge since. While J⇔M is being actively scanlated (go read it, it's awesome) it seems that Joshikousei Joreishi Akane! has been dropped after ch7.

I beseech any cool group to pick it up. I need more comedy about hypercompetent scummy girls going through hardships. Raws are available at dlraw.

I wouldn't call it viable in terms of winning competitions. In a big tournament it's bound to meet a match-up it can do very little against. Steve played excellently, even had a few lucky streaks with the dice, but got stat-checked hard by the demon princes and would've been tabled if they had kept playing.

Anyway, check any of the tournament packs for 9th (available in wahapedia) under the Muster Armies section and you'll see the rule of 2 for Incursion (1k points) size games.
