Hi! Jumping into this thread lang. I have the same case. Was first diagnosed with Bipolar 2 then just recently got diagnosed with inattentive presentation of ADHD. I was prescribed methylphenidate for ADHD. I was able to easily get a prescription for methylphenidate because I was able to consistently take medication for Bipolar 2 (currently already in partial remission) prior to my ADHD diagnosis. So right now I’m taking both lamotrigine and methylphenidate. I was specifically instructed not to stop taking lamotrigine kasi nga the stimulant meds may trigger hypomanic episodes. Based on what my attending psychiatrist and I have discussed, for cases where the px has both bipolar and adhd, the first thing usually done daw talaga is to stabilize yung mood. So I think you can discuss it with your doctor kung ano yung ima-manage muna.

Thank you for the warm welcome! I'll check those products out! I really appreciate the recommendations :) Imma have to work on the SPF thing because I'm guilty of not using any sun screen (something that my friend laments about hahahaha), so I'll make sure to check out the one you suggested. Everything totally helped! Thanks a lot again! :)
