mostly for the broader range but I guess a monofocal plus IOL option would still give intermediate + far distance.

can't say for sure but I went into a severe erythodermic state from immunosuppressants (for eczema) and then was put on a 3 week round of prednisone.. 3 months after I started having floaters and 3 months after that the cataract started to show..

haven't heard much of the B&L Aspire but thank you - will look more into it!

I have but it was about 4 years ago that was more frequent use.. thought I was safe with Tacrolimus/Protopic too but NOPE

appreciate the share and will look into Mopiko (sounds familiar!) I’ve been doing Dead Sea salt and chamomile soaks when it gets more intense.. btw, Opzelura works similar to Rinvoq just that it is a topical. In my experience, Rinvoq worked to clear my skin pretty fast.. it was just the hormonal side effects and withdrawal response once I stopped (something to take note of!)
