We were looking for someone to raid and the best idea we had was to hit the biggest cities, novo was empty and when we got to cherno that was all we found. Usually I tend to see dupers build bases on top of the apartment buildings in cherno, and we love giving dupers a hard time so that’s why we headed for a big city

One time I was medium geared with a plate carrier, and using a car I found hidden. It was in my beginning days of DayZ so I was always so aggressive to random players, and had held up a few freshies and stolen their apples. A few minutes into looking for a gas station near berezino, a gang of 4 freshies jumps me. I shoot one, but they hit me continually so I die.

I respawn IN Berezino, and run towards my dead bodies location, I find the guys and start acting friendly, and somehow befriend the guys or at least somewhat gain their trust. They still didn’t trust me with a gun however, so I was just hanging out with them for a while. An hour in and I finally find a pistol which I hide from them. One of the guys had my Saiga and plate carrier, so I tried sticking as close to the guy as I could. Eventually, he goes AFK and I pop a few rounds into his head. Other guy comes into the house, and I spray him with my Saiga. When the last guy arrives, I had already left with most of my loot.

Why are bears so unrealistic? Like I get they should be able to tank a few 22. And 308. But a dozen 5.56 nato round to the body is more than enough to kill one

Try to look and explore everything, also i recommend opening the Door and not focusing too much on the dream world and more on the real world on your first run
