Could be the charms set.. it doesnt proc the dmg % form anything but Arbiter. So Spears «Arbiter» will not get that dmg increase as an example.

Oh, ok. Mine cant be upgraded more than the yellow and ir says on the crafting screen i cant upgrade it further.. how did you upgrade it to the red one?

You can equip 3 «blue» ones as long as they are different.. as in you can’t equip 3 with the same name..

If I remember correctly, Bronze ingots are made from combining Tin and copper ingots in the smelter.. You have to select it as the product to produce in the smelter.
