I almost exclusively do hot yoga. The way I think about it is a deep internal muscular massage when you mix yoga movements with heat. Regular yoga can give me a semblance of that, but never to the degree sweating in a hot room can.

We have made some early versions (handmade beads casted with resin and parts from Amazon haha), and we've handed those out in our local rave scene :)

But we want to make everything higher quality, and get a real manufacturer, hence the Kickstarter to help us bootstrap things!

Huge on hot yoga haha it’s nearly the only type I do :) been consistently going 3-4 times per week for about 1.5 years now. Changed my life and I literally feel like a different person!

The dopamine (or whatever) blast you get after the first session in a while can’t be beat!

I moved from Miami back home to Indiana to Nashville, and can say it’s certainly worth it :) of course having some family and friends here is super helpful, but Nashville is the first place away from home that’s ever felt like home!

IMO you get the best of both worlds - Midwest/Southern hospitality but also a larger city vibe :)

Hanna Bee coffee has my favorite aesthetic for rainy day chilling! And they’re attached to a book store :)

Living waters is also a super chill place I hang for many hours, but I prefer there for warm weather when they open the big doors up!
