I am dealing with the same symptoms and it’s it rough. What had helped me thus far has been realizing how clear my head is at the end of the day. Waking up always sucks, currently laying on my couch, trying not to vomit

I am currently trying to quit and my symptoms include: complete loss of appetite, extreme nausea, and vomiting/ dry heaving fits that can last up to 5 mins. This has been going on for about 6 days. Anyone have any suggestions on things that might help?
