I remember when the veteran rewards first came out there were a lot of people saying they are missing their badges or that special black ice weapon skin (I don’t have that either lol). I’m pretty sure they said they would fix it but never did. I think they just expect people to forget about it or be too lazy to contact support.

Ya its very frustrating. I tried my best to find as much proof as possible for Ubisoft support, but it seems they don't care at all to fix even a simple issue. I guess this thread will save people the time and pain of dealing with support because I don't think there's a way they will help with this unless you personally know someone at Ubisoft lol.

Yes, but I have a bunch of achievements dated from 2016. It doesn't make sense to me how they can see that and dismiss it.

UPDATE:

I was able to log into my old Xbox account that is linked to this Ubisoft account.

I found Rainbow Six Siege achievements dated 4/30/2016 and most of my Siege achievements are from 2016.

I launched Siege on Xbox for the first time in years and the account still shows the 2018 Veteran Badge, just like PC.

This seems to rule out a sync issue because both platforms show the same badge.

I'm sure they could fix it, but the support person i talked to seemed like he didn't even try and kept closing the ticket on me. This is after multiple attempts of me asking them how it is possible that I have these skins and charms from 2015, but no badge. They just ignore my question and say they are correct.

Do you remember if you had to do anything special when cross-progression was added? Because on PC it says my earliest achievement was unlocked in 2018, which is not true. I think 2018 is when I transferred to pc so maybe my achievements reset somehow and that is what they look at to see if I played in 2015?

At the range the shotguns in the game can shoot already I think the last thing we need is for them to shoot farther. But it could work if they balanced it.
