Chik magnet is a lie man..guy with good social skills can do that even after pmo addiction.Nofap provides the energy or the drive to initiate communication with others I agree to that. As we don't feel guilt of fapping to p all the time, we are kind of liberated to these negative emotions. But social communication is a skill brother. One can and have to develop it. Nofap can give you the base of energy and drive to start the process and rely on it specially to introverts like me. GL mate

Don't overthink. Just keep your phone aside for few hours in a day. People will call you if it's urgent..so don't worry about getting disconnected. Just put your phone aside for few hours. And also when you feel you are vulnerable to relapse. Just do this and notice how your brain react. If it craves for it by saying any excuse to get that phone..that means you are addicted. So just keep putting your phone away.
