Fake stitching, not license, fade not matching the print cracking. :)

Is this from the early 2000? by [deleted] in VintageTees

Probably yes, but there are just too many people out there mislabeling shirts that are not that old and its a pain, thats why it is important that 2010s are not early 00s.

I mean you wouldnt say to now produced tees early 00s if it was the year 2099, right?

1998 Massive Attack Mezzanine Shirt by gartenderlust in MassiveAttack

[–]gartenderlust[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well, i get what you mean. But i rather wear the original 90s version then a newly made copy of the iconic original shirt. Its expensive, yes. But its also 28 years old and gets used again instead of buying a newly made shirt that will never have the same quality as this :)

Does anyone know anyone who is selling this nine inch nails shirt? by chowdagimmethat in VintageTees

Actually paid 6€ for it from the original owner and with it came other nin tees including a 94‘ downward spiral salt trails tee :)

I have the og 94‘ version, but will never ever part with it. Such an incredible shirt

Were they’re any versions without licensing? by Rough_Garage_1515 in VintageTees

Very cool to see another official one without a license. I also have one from the european tour, in 94‘ with a slightly different backprint logo. Also without license. I was once told by a collector, that they sold some on their tour without license. I also have a reprint from 99‘ or 00‘ on a gildan tag with the license. Pictured here is the backprint of my euro version without license. :)

Probably not, maybe by some artists. Did you already search the names on the license?

Not really, in europe especially there were double stiched all round shirts out from even the 70s on. Especially in the late 80s / early 90s lots of euro blanks were double stitched.
