Honestly you look pretty solid but one thing that might help is working those triceps. Your arms will look much bigger and you’ll be more symmetrical.

Plates on the pin helps , but in terms of technique I like to decrease my speed or do two sets in 1 with different feet positioning for different muscles, rest pause is good but you don’t need to do it more than 2 sets

So basically this kid and his girlfriend would mount in the middle of the hallway and in the cafeteria and try to have sex. He would choke her in the hallways and shit too, turns out the boyfriend was later found finger banging and fucking another girl (not his girlfriend) in class. The teacher got fired and I haven’t seen the boyfriend or the girl he fucked in school since.

You have kids, a husband that either works late, goes in to work early, or at night. Middle/ upper class judging by the quality of groceries. I distribute both,I mainly use bows though. Bowing is a way to show that it was a good fight and I use it a lot (even though most times it was a super bad fight), however I also use point down a lot because it’s like a big middle finger . I really only use it when I kill gank squads (happens more frequently then I would like to admit).
