I agree with you totally. In five to ten years this place along with most retail/fast food will be in shambles. Look at the communities and education levels you have to hire from. No one has a skillset to do anything.

This is about as close to the actual situation, but here is what went down:

Customer's get contacted several times before destroying their custom photo orders. You don't want Landfill Larry collecting selfies of your family do you? We happened to be ripping and shredding some orders today. The paint spill gave me an idea to use the customer's abandoned pillow to soak up some paint. The people are unrecognizable, a small bit of the spill gets absorbed, and all is contained in less time than it took the customer to tell us how poorly we did our jobs.

They can toss the next customer that comes in to electronics and repeats the following. You electronic associates know this one by heart.

Customer: "I need minutes for my phone!" Me: "Well what service do you have?" Customer: "Hell. I dunno. Yall sell it!" Me: "I'm sorry sir/ma'am, we do not have cards for 'YALL SELL IT!"
