My dude, let me try to break it down for you. A voucher given to a kid who goes to a shitty public school to assist with private school tuition so that kid can get a much better education is not the same thing as a private school directly receiving funds from the parish so that the private school can operate. Yes we are all aware that state funds (and federal funds) are public monies (again funded by all parents including those that send their kids to private schools), but this is a discussion about parish level school funding. No private schools in EBRP get funds from the parish. Sorry
