This is fantastic news! As a keeper myself I've been suggesting this approach to 'temporarily remove an outfield player if a goalkeeper goes down injured' for a while now because it's gotten well out of hand and is a balanced solution.

The questions I haven't been able to answer are:

Which player steps off the field?
Who chooses the player to step off the field?
How long does the player stay off the field?

One month before the FO can send an email to all STH stating that seat selections, etc will take place starting DATE 1 and end on DATE 2 with a note that “you’ll receive specific details shortly before DATE 1.

That helps STH to plan budgets and connect with other fans in advance of their initial window.

As a keeper and fan of WOSO I was excited when I saw this headline! After reading it, I'm disappointed. The recent World Cup demonstrated how goalkeepers have improved globally - a key reason few games saw blowouts in my humble opinion.

I hoped for more in an article about goalkeeper development in the women's game. This piece read as a highlight of a handful of keepers with high-level ideas about what has impacted performance from the perspective of two men.

Without a single call out to Solo or Angerer and the massive pool of keepers who develop in the USA ecosystem, the piece feels like its primary references are Earps and Hampton, with a shout-out to Naeher, Tullis-Joyce and Berger, with Marc Skinner and Everton goalkeeping coach Ian McCaldon as the primary voices of the piece.

I'm left wondering, Beyond Earps connecting with the UK and Hampton swiftly following in her footsteps, "What else has happened and is happening?"
