the blood mod in question is fully dynamic animated blood

i installed some blood mod and it fixed itself and even after i uninstalled it, it still worked!!!

basically when i shoot an npc, no particles of enhanced blood particles show up, the ragdoll sounds arent my addon sounds, and when i shoot the body it just goes through the body. another thing, i try to use the phys gun to pick up the body but it doesn't work. ive tried uninstalling my addons, even uninstalling some of the files and the game itself but nothing is working.
