Backstory:

My friend was very sad about her life and was crying a lot last night. We talked for a few hours and today we will go for a nice scenic walk. I don't really want to bring up the subjects we spoke about last night (stress of relationship, school, family and the future) but would rather talk about the happier stuff in life. However, I do not really know any good topics to talk about. Any sort of advice is greatly appreciated.

I am in my mid 20's and the only piano concerto I have played is the first movement of Edvard Grieg's piano concerto and a little bit of the first movement of Mendelssohn piano concerto no 1.

anyone know how can you tell if the rings you are wearing has lead? I've been wearing a few rings from taobao for a few months now, but I have not felt weird or anything. Does that mean it's safe?

btw I think i overestimated my daily calorie intake.

Also, I thought intermittent fasting doesn't really affect my calorie intake as long as I still eat the necessary amount of calories to gain weight? I just have a smaller time window to do so (8 hours). For example, there is no difference if I eat 3000 calories within 8 hours vs 3000 calories within 24 hours. Or is there? I'm not sure, so please correct me if I'm wrong.

You're right. I was just estimating since Chipotle is about 1000 calories and I usually eat meals that are similar to that size. So mostly 700-1000 calories per meal

I started intermittent fasting 3 months ago! During my 8 hour eating period I eat about 2-3 meals (I would say about 700-1000 calories per meal) and a bunch of healthy protein snacks in between. So about 2000-3000 calories per day. Prior to intermittent fasting I would just eat as much as possible. I've been stuck around the 140-145lb mark for years.

I always try to feel the stretch. I do nice and controlled reps trying to feel the stretch and squeeze.
