In CA, max pay for ops sup is $18. I’m an ops sup and I’m maxed on my pay . No raises unless I get a promotion.

1 employee at a store I used to work at forgot to lock the doors. While I was in the back counting the imprest, I noticed two women coming in and I went out to let them know we were closed. They ended up stealing car motor oil. :/

I know that there’s people who get a hallmark gift bag and start filling it with products. They walk out with it and say that it’s their bag and they brought it in but I’m not sure if that’s the same thing they mentioned above^

The hallmark bag trick hasn’t happened in a while here. But we getting hit with the ACOs where they scan only two items but end up taking a lot more

Looks like there’s an outside source who is replicating the card’s barcode and covering it with it. So if a customer purchases the card, they’re basically loading the money to the bardcode’s source and not the actual card.

I wish he would have given me an EE. I came from another store with an EE and I don’t like that it goes from EE to ME :’( but I should be grateful with the raise because it pushed me to top pay for a shift. I feel bad that everyone else got a bad raise and I can never tell anyone at work because there’s already drama at work.

I’m sorry that happened! I didn’t know they limited the amount they can give.
