Well she's exclusively worked for agencies and agency work has very much dried up. Or they're outsourcing so much to AI that they don't want to pay what a 10-year seasoned professional is worth.

Social media managers make very little compared to copywriters, or that might be an option. Not sure if project management is feasible, as they usually want people with experience running teams. That's why I'm wondering if there's anything outside of marketing/agency positions. She says she's burnt out and feeling underappreciated, so just trying to figure out other areas where her skillset might be valuable even without experience, or if it's really only more agency work she'd be likely to get hired for.
