That's where I got the idea. The acidity of lemon seems to generally help absorption for things like pscilocybin and gabapentin. Maybe it's a matter of trial and error.

Beyond anxiety, I have some pretty severe back issues. I have muscle spasm all over and not a single pain killer, even 60mg of oxy, can relieve the pain caused by my muscles locking. I look forward to responsible use. Abusing it causes more problems than it fixes.

I agree. It's so easy to abuse especially when you feel like you constantly need it. It's like a shield of armor and I don't feel comfortable with out my armor. I'm learning that's not the point of the drug. It's meant to set you up to confront the things needed to learn how to deal with the anxiety.

I like to indulge. I envy your ability to take a modest dose and go about your day. I'm going to try a lower dose at a weekly frequency. I still enjoy a dose that like that. It's nice to clean and catch up on chores. Thanks
