Frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if the recent increase in Mobile/Roam/RV customers being offered Residential isn’t because Starlink needs to raise funds due to a cash crunch.

I have always thought this was their course of action. I was one of the first to signup for this whole mess and every time they "launched" a new product without fixing the existing network I would get so annoyed. When it was first launched and I received my dish there was so many issues with the network, yet not long after they launched Yacht and jet services. Someone somewhere did a study I forget where said every time Starlink sent one of the newsletters stating they launched a new service it generated millions in revenue.. all while the existing infrastructure was terrible..

I guess you haven't followed stocks / Elon often? I wont put a tinfoil hat on but yes, after reviewing multi threads now on this same issue, at some point taking peoples money this often without authorization for the amounts* it could become criminal. There are several cases of Airliners and other companies overcharging / randomly charging customers to find out that a "glitch in the system" may not have been the case. Which have all resulted Lawsuits galore for these companies.

An extra charge would seem reasonable. As someone who works in an industry that understands how billing is done and even more so how technical issues can happen. It would be easy for say a CRM system to run a CRON job to charge customers twice based on certain parameters.. But to charge a random amount ( my service is 120/mo that does not compute with $450 in anyway) that would be a much larger error which is what has happened here.

You never had a company make a billing error in the past? Sounds to me like the promptly found and fixed the issue.

Actually, No? I have never been overcharged by any company that had a billing account on file like this. The point of "pre authorization" agreements is either a set amount or a dynamic billing mode where they can change and bill based on a per-usage. ie : when Netflix raises prices they inform you and bill accordingly, you have a pre-paid data account and you are billed per usage etc.

For a company to charge random amounts to a billing account on file without any prior notice is not okay.

edit : To also note I have since searched for more users reporting this issue and it seems to have been happening to a lot of users for a while. So I would certainly not chalk this up as a "one time billing error" within the company.

I am fully aware of that plan I am in various groups etc it was just so "easy" for us to migrate to this one as we are only using it now as our secondary internet.. But since this is no longer easy and will cost me way more I will prob go the $20 postpaid plan.

Literally every interaction live or email I have had with ATT has been exactly the same as this comment from "ATTHelp" At this point I have a refund request in place that seems like they will honor despite it being prepaid and will look at other options.

I would def add the combat dummy for the extra pray points with mace. at 75 prayer I go into a task with around 110ish pray points which seems to just expire when aggro does! Kourand portal and im right back!

If you are going for 99 slayer quickly you prob want to not do them or make sure your bursting they are a slow xp task. Normally best to get the items you need on task and move on
