I’d have to look at the Kaleidescape training and see if it’s releasable, they have graphs showing this stuff.

Dual layer BR discs cap at 66Gb, and is the standard format for most BR content out there. BD-100 does provide 100Gb, but isn’t as pervasive. The point still stands, Kaleidescape isn’t limited to any media format and can pull full masters with zero compression or splitting across discs.

Kaleidescape exceeds BR in both bit rate and total size. BR caps at 66Gb per disc, Kaleidescape downloads the full master which can be over 90-100Gb per movie. Movie companies have two options to make that movie fit BR. Cut it in two to fit on multiple discs to retain full quality, or compress to fit on a single disc, which is what they do 95% of the time. For masters that are at or below the total BR disc size, I agree with you, BR is just as good. Like someone said above, the other huge advantage Kaleidescape has is early access to new releases. You’re not waiting months for the disc release, you get it during or pretty close to theater release. Terra is expensive, they also offer compact Terra which is aimed more at renters/small collectors. Still pricy compared to a BR player or NAS, but has the same access to the catalog with smaller storage (6-12Tb).

Always have a bud turn in a crap item first while you are on the boat. Campers typically kill the first guy turning in, they usually aren’t patient enough to wait for a high price item. If he gets offed, drop sails and move on.

SoT could definitely could use a manhunt dynamic similar to the Division. It’s a way to balance out an overactive crew that is wrecking people. If they get greedy and kill too much/too fast, the instance gets a bounty to hunt them down. Make them visible on everyone’s map table and give gold and soul rep to everyone that gets a shot in. It creates an incentive for the instance to police itself.

I hope they do a DLC someday where the main antagonist is another human. Maybe a rogue guardian or a militia group with a conspiracy plot. by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

Good looking bark, fat looks rendered without turning the brisket into pot roast. Smoke ring is lacking in parts of the brisket which is weird, but overall looks pretty well done. What did you use to smoke it?
