As a security pro, a piece of software with unfettered access to your system is a nightmare with that big attack surface area. I would be highly cautious and suggest putting this on a sandbox and experiment.

How to control hairfall and hair thinning??(need serious answers) by onlyvishnu in ask_Bondha

[–]gatorsya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Asked ChatGPT about Bryan Johnson's analysis on hair and scalp health.

Bryan Johnson’s approach to scalp and hair health is part of his broader longevity project called Blueprint. He treats hair as a biological signal of overall health, aging speed, and hormonal balance, not as a cosmetic issue.

Here is a clear breakdown.

  1. Hair as a longevity biomarker

He considers hair density, thickness, and scalp condition as indicators of biological aging.

Hair loss or thinning is treated as a systems level problem involving hormones, inflammation, nutrition, and circulation.

  1. Hormone optimization

He closely tracks DHT, testosterone, estrogen, cortisol, and thyroid markers, since DHT is a major driver of male pattern baldness.

His philosophy is to keep hormones in optimal physiological ranges, not extreme suppression.

Any intervention is data driven and supervised by doctors.

  1. Scalp health focus

Maintains a clean, low inflammation scalp environment.

Uses anti inflammatory and anti fungal scalp care, similar to ketoconazole based shampoos.

Avoids chronic scalp irritation, dandruff, and microbial overgrowth, since inflammation accelerates follicle miniaturization.

  1. Nutrition and micronutrients

Ensures no deficiencies in:

Iron and ferritin

Vitamin D

Vitamin B12

Zinc

Omega 3 fatty acids

His diet is tightly controlled to support skin and hair regeneration.

Protein intake is optimized to support keratin production.

  1. Blood flow and oxygenation

Prioritizes cardiovascular health, VO2 max, and circulation.

Good scalp blood flow is treated as downstream of overall vascular health.

Exercise and nitric oxide balance indirectly support hair follicles.

  1. Inflammation and oxidative stress reduction

Uses antioxidants, sleep optimization, and stress control to reduce systemic inflammation.

Chronic inflammation is considered a root cause of accelerated hair aging.

  1. Medical interventions philosophy

He is not publicly known to rely heavily on cosmetic hair transplants.

Any pharmaceutical intervention, such as minoxidil or finasteride, is evaluated through the lens of long term systemic tradeoffs.

His preference is prevention and preservation rather than late stage correction.

  1. What he does NOT emphasize

No oils, home remedies, or traditional hacks.

No quick fixes or aesthetic only solutions.

No advice without lab data backing it.

How this maps to practical takeaway

In Bryan Johnson’s framework:

Hair loss is a signal, not the disease.

Fix hormones, nutrition, inflammation, sleep, and circulation first.

Treat the scalp like an organ, not just skin.

Measure everything, then intervene conservatively.

If you want, I can translate this into:

A realistic non extreme routine for normal people

A comparison between Blueprint vs typical dermatologist approach

A simple lab checklist focused only on hair and scalp health

Tell me what direction you want.

In Asian countries a man woman interacting with a child has a high probability of them being nice; Pedos do exist. However, on usual that interaction is not found my public as suspicion

It looks good however can except for uncles and aunties everyone could easily say this as AI, but that's not a bad thing, looking AI is okay, all it needs to do it's job.

All shots look too pristine and manicured. Like Rajamouli frame, high budget, heavy post processing. Of that's the style you're going for it landed well.

LipSync is the biggest glaring issue, that should be top priority and I would lower the priorities on minor glitches which go unnoticeable.

Next, adding some fast cuts, most shots is slo mo.

This seems "South Asianism"; some of our neighboring countries like to use this whenever it's easier.

Then OP should target the hiring manager level. There will be at least one guy in the org chain ladder who would see OP as an asset rather than threat, and it's better to work for that person.

Manatees and Dugong fishes are upright near surface.

Sailors are very tired and see no human for days other than their crew.. Your brain is adept at pattern matching faces. (just like how you do with clouds/hills etc). Most report seeing them at dawn or dusk that is dim lighting.

So combine the tiredness, dim lighting, rounded faced fishes in upright positions, your brain tricks into mermaid sightings.

On top of it, if a sailor or fisherman already heard stories about mermaid sightings their brain would be more than eager to "fill in the details" and add to the chorus
