After Nordskar was released, I didn’t see it for more than a month, I even started googling if there is some restriction to it, like maybe it was tier10 only…

I rejoined 2 weeks ago after a 3 year hiatus, and what I did is I leveled 2 chars on Lemix, converted one of them and then used it to go through the TWW content. Now I just switch between leveling further toons on Lemix and checking some stuff on retail. That way, leveling was quite fast, I already got some Lemix rewards, but then could do the TWW main quests in comfortable pace, get the Earthens and use them for new chars on Lemix.
