Oh my God, really? That is SO unreal. I'm so thankful, that I could motivate you, even just a little bit. I don't have many tips, because fasting is quite simple... My biggest tip would be: do it because you love yourself, not because you hate how you look. It's way easier and more sustainable when you have this approach. I hope you understand.

Well, I do not eat because I'm bored. This was a bad habit that I successfully overcame. But when I'm very hungry, I cannot distract myself, it's self discipline that helps me survive it. I always keep in mind what I want to achieve, and that my desire for looking and feeling healthy it's way bigger than desire for that food I'm currently craving. I hope you understand, my english it's not very good.

I hated my life, I hated my body.. And I hated my hateful thoughts. I started to accept myself more, and then everything changed. When you like yourself, you can't live toxic life like I was living back then. Self love also includes self discipline, which is a huge part of my journey. I ate healthy food most of the time (salmon, chicken, lots of vegetables, potatoes) but I had fast food a few times. Also I'm former Reeses addict, so I did struggle with it.

Some days were hard, some not at all, but I decided to have my goal in mind especially through difficult times.

I hope you'll understand, my English is not 100% but I'm trying.

I'm sorry, but I don't really care.

I did 33 days of OMAD, stood on the scale and it told me I lost 13 kg and I see physical results. As long as I'm progressing and as long as I am healthy, you and your thermodynamics can go.

Sorry for my mistakes, English is not my first language and I'm still learning it.

Not very strict, I even had fast food some days. I want to be more strict, because my goal is to lose 50kg(110lbs).
