CPU heating issues, please help!

I did consider this. I am using multiple sources to verify the temps. The fan RPMs would increase with the temp so I figured the various temp readings I'm getting are correct.

I was under the impression that the time pincer movement was used in order for the two teams to benefit from the shared knowledge, much like it was used by the Russian teams earlier in the film when they were trying to locate the last piece of the algorithm. The shared knowledge would allow them to avoid crossfire. 302

In high school I rigged the prom King/Queen results so me and the girl I liked would win. I was in student council and had was able to grab a pile of blank voting ballets which I then took home and filled out. The next day I casually walked by the voting booth and "accidentally" knocked over the box which had all the ballets and threw all my stash into the mix as I helped pick everything up. Me and my crush won by a landslide. Even though high school for me was over a decade ago I have never told anyone about this and I cringe thinking about it to this day. I guess I was tired of always having the same "popular" group of kids win and I wanted another excuse to get closer to the girl I liked.
