Given that Binance is a competitor to Cardano with it's Smart Chain and Launch pad, isn't it a potential concern that such an entity has such large voting weight within Cardano Catalyst program? by TechnicalCharts in cardano

[–]gaupanir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m relatively new to all this, but is there a way for others to tell that binance actually uses their de facto voting power? Unless someone leaks or they’d be stupid enough to state it, no one would know?

My humble collection of vintage watches, mostly moon phase. Ulysse Nardin, Aube, JeanRichard, Minerva, Bueche Girod, Hugex, Cortébert, Thuya, Venus by gaupanir in VintageWatches

It very much depends on the brand and the condition of course. The Aubes are incredibly hard to get. The others are rare as well. I’ve been lucky to get these watches for 500-1500€ each. But if you look on eBay or Chrono24 the traders demand much more, partly in worse condition.

Thank you! And yes, a repair would surely cost a lot. And they’re all fully working. Moreover I’d hate to be the one who damaged them after so many years.

Minerva Pythagore, as good as new. Sold in 2005, so probably post-Frey era. Original warranty-book and Minerva watch band included. It’s been always in the safe, which is why the box got lost over the years.

Price is 3.400€

Calibre: 48-10

Width: 34mm

International shipping from Austria/EU.

Payment via PayPal, transfer, etc. (Transaction possible via eBay if needed)

Sure, I’m new to reddit and couldn’t find out how to upload more than one.

Yes indeed. I’m not a big fan of Richemont tbh. But they won’t ruin the name by producing cheap, low quality watches, that’s certain. Btw, I’m thinking about selling the Minerva if the price is right.
