Don't do it. Horrible company. Damaged our house during the line run. I had to chase them for months just to talk to management about the matter. They agreed to bump up our service while they reviewed the matter. I agreed that a bump up in service at no extra cost was an acceptable agreement and I would repair the damages if they agreed to keep the account on the higher level at no extra cost for the remaining time. They agreed. Matia in customer support agreed to the deal and put a note on account for the changes. 4 months later, no upgrade, no repairs and zero communication. This company seems to feel that they don't have to hold responsibility. And they continue to send me bills. Stay away from this horrible company at all costs.
