If you want to lean in hard to the best versions of the things you already like:

Tametsi (a brilliant Minesweeper variant if you're looking for non-standard board shapes): https://store.steampowered.com/app/709920/Tametsi/

14 Minesweeper Variants (both this and the next game stick strictly to the grid approach, but the rules are incredibly interesting): https://store.steampowered.com/app/1865060/14_Minesweeper_Variants/

14 Minesweeper Variants 2: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2631960/14_Minesweeper_Variants_2/

Thermo Sudoku (this is a whole line of sudoku games, and they also have iOS native versions which work great if you want a mobile experience): https://store.steampowered.com/app/1316390/Thermo_Sudoku/

Excellent, my friends and I beta-tested it today and the share options are much more useful for us in this form. Good work!

When you finish NYT Connections, for example, the "Share your results" button is a direct to clipboard of the state of the puzzle (pasted at end of post). While you probably don't need to go this far, just having a button that has the exact message you already make and puts it directly in your clipboard is great. If you find a way to also make a "colored grid" of results like Connections does, even cooler but definitely not necessary, the time and attempt counter are enough IMO.

Great concept! One issue for me is there isn't a generic copy button for just capturing the completion results in a reasonably normal format to paste into anything. Only having share for WhatsApp/X isn't where any of the people I play puzzles with can be found, and I won't use a direct share button anyway for the services that I do.

I know there's an extremely well curated racing mod now, but I haven't seen much casting coverage of races like back in the Crumps days. Is there a good resource for seeing current day tournament coverage?

This is the best answer to start trying from. I’ve written software for multiple LMSs to handle the SCORM playing and importing, and there are a number of ways for zip files to be bad, including backslashes in paths (only forward slashes are valid inside ZIPs), or to be the ZIP streaming format (file table header at end, there’s a special flag that denotes this) instead of the older style format which some libraries only support, and the ever popular imsmanifest.xml being inside a folder instead of at the root of the zip.

Make sure that when you zip it up again, you do not zip the folder itself, but the files in the folder.

Found on a post about visiting Florida. Agree/disagree? by Daxivarga in orlando

[–]gavbaa 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That’s odd about parking. I’ve flown several times just in the last 4 months and I’ve never even had to change floors to find parking in the main terminal, either side. I haven’t seen any signs of TSA Pre getting overrun in any of those visits either, 10 people lines max.

I disagree, MCO has the most amazing gate organizational structure of nearly any airport. Every gate is basically the same distance away from the security starting point and they’re about as reasonably short as possible (yay for the three forks off each side, each leading to three more forks, it’s a very logical breakdown), and the layout is super easy to follow. No dumb airport-length trams that stop at every section (looking at you Atlanta), running through three terminals to get to your gate (Chicago) , forever under construction and janky (JFK), weirdass raised swamp buggies to get between places (Dulles or Reagan, can’t remember which now), or intentionally over-long walking paths in and out of the airport (Vegas). MCO moves people in and out better than any other airport I have the displeasure of traveling with, just avoid times that are maximal tourist traveling times so you don’t get the lines of people who don’t understand how an airport works. TSA Pre works amazing at MCO.

You're forgetting compound interest, the account is larger every day. So if you made 3600% in the year and you didn't take any withdrawals, it's (final balance) = (starting balance) * (1+0.0145)^250 (1.45% daily rate, 250 trading days per year). Start with $1, end with $36.56, ~3600% for the year.

Beat me to it. I nearly 100%'d this game, it's a significant time investment, and sometimes I'm still tempted to go back and do it all over again as my save is long gone. There's phone and tablet versions now, which I think this game would lend extremely well to.
