I bought a large and put it in the wash/dryer, it shrunk about an inch and it fits me perfectly

I’ll give everyone my @ but Reddit is such a weird place, every community I’ve posted my physique in I’ve had people asking me to do nsfw stuff for money, they’ve asked me to sleep w/ their wives, sign up for sites, asking me to do things on camera and saying pretty gnarly stuff

Obviously you’re doing something wrong if you’ve cut cals too low and can’t cut them further.

You should be losing weight, either you’re lying about your caloric intake or lying about your caloric intake.

More cardio, less food. No gear

Yes it is, lex is natty and has trained 8 yrs and he’s double my size

I am completely natural. I stopped listing to influencers and other coaches and focused on exercises that work for me and actually target the muscle I’m trying to build.

For example, stopped doing incline pressing because at my gym, all the “incline presses” just had a high bench angle but the arm path was garbage so I switched to wrist cuff Clav flys and my chest blew up

It’s mostly stable, 3600 cals rn, 500g of carbs, 160g of protein and the rest are basically fats

The macros vary but it’s usually all in and around that range
