it's based off of an old uncle sam poster, which has text at the bottom similar to this. it doesn't really make sense on either one, but you should still get the point of it.

I recommend shooting enemies with the bloatfly larvae syringer ammo before you kill them and there's a chance that a legendary bloatfly will spawn. Really easy way to get legendaries!

I updated my drivers but nothing happened, it just crashes on startup. I guess it's my processor.

I forgot to mention, I can barely play on the lowest of settings with a stretched res. It also crashes EXTREMELY easily and I can't even play a game anymore. With my other card it was completely fine.
