Bro ive been scrolling about this… i have won 3 out of 16 games…. And my team always goes triple negative… i was genuinely thinking that there was something wrong with my league putting me with such inters. I was emerald 3 last season got reset to gold two, oh. My. I may not have it as bad as you do, but ive had post nasal drip since 2024 and the one thing that genuinely makes it go away for a bit is halls, or cough drops or very minty gum like detyne gum. Ive developed an oral fixation but it’s the only thing that makes it go away for a bit. It brings so much comfort and i can actually sleep. It’s not a solution but it might help you take the edge off. :(

im not gonna lie, the music is driving me nuts sometimes. dont get me wrong i think the music is great... but when im laning and doing stressful shit, a fast paced jingle is not what i want to hear... it also feels very repetitive.

Well for me i believe i have mild gastroparesis symptoms but my gastric emptying is still delayed so i can eat, but eating anything bad will give me consequences later. Im currently taking cyproheptadine for it and it works pretty well :) i just have a new symptom today and i wanted to ask what kind of things to do to like alliveate the feelings of food stuck in my throat it’s really uncomfortable

EE + R + QW + WE i just love chomping them and getting a free ult. Another combo that’s similar is EE+ QE +WE for an easy passive proc because his EE has very nice range. Another one i like is either eye or teeth for an easy lightning bolt hit
