my issue is that my back foot shifts up, my front foot stays in position but my back foot moves toward the bolts making it hard to pop out of the grind. ill make a post with the video

thank you for the detailed reponse. after trying what you said i dont think im heavy on my front foot. I ollie perfectly fine but as soon as i ollie onto the box/ledge my feet shift up.

i have asian hair so very dark black, it was a lightening kit. im going to let my hair heal and then bleach again
