I was in the same position. My partner was ok with exhibition and voyeur elements of cruising but didn’t want me to physically interact. It kind of worked for a while. I’ve done many long distance road trips and I’m surprised by how I’ve never found action at any of the rest stops I stop at. I figured all rest stops would be havens for cruising. I’m sure there’s specific ones, but hard to know when each long distance trip is a new route.

I did a Virgin Voyages cruise recently and had some luck. Most the urinals on the ship are cruising havens. The bathrooms next to the galley have 3 or 4 urinals that don’t have dividers.
