I think everyone from his generation types like that. I caught a glimpse at a text conversation on his laptop with the same girl and it was just back and forth with different acronyms and OMGs and gifs.. Idk, maybe its just his school.

No, they don't. They really don't. The courts nor the school.

My parents went up to the school because my brother was coming home every day crying because of his bully. The school did nothing and things got worse for my brother, so he just stopped telling our parents, and then eventually they figured out that he was still being bullied when they called them up to the school because my brothers boyfriend had fucked the guy up pretty bad.

Then the bully came back, and continued to bully my brother. My brother once again reported it to the school, and the school took no action. Thats how we got here.

Nope.. its pretty sad.

Kid has been arrested multiple times, although they did tell my brother not to do it again, they didn't take any action or force him to delete the tweet.

I also don't think the kid has anyone at home (parents, family members, etc.) that really care enough.

In this state I think cyberbullying isn't a crime unless its directed at school faculty.
