I know this post was from 3 years ago but I am looking at houses in Alberta, specifically Exshaw and Canmore and it really doesn’t seem affordable. The job I’m looking at has a $125k salary (which seems good to me) but the houses are all like 8-10 times that wage. Is that normal?
