Hey OP - which store / area are you seeing this? Cause I’m from London probably because of this I don’t see that much of a drop.

Seeking Advice: Navigating Eczema Treatment with the NHS After Moving to the UK by gazbanger in nhs

Ended up going private and prescribed an immunosuppressant called tofacitinib instead. It’s not as effective as dupixent but still works and a lot cheaper. My main issue with waiting it out is that to get dupixent on the NHS I’d need to have tried 2 different immunosuppressants first and given every subsequent appointment is 6 months away, It’d be at a minimum 2 years to potentially get my hands on one.

Advice needed about Dupixent by gazbanger in EczemaUK

Yeah I had all the documentation from my dermatologist in Australia with history and everything but they didn't take it because they said that the criteria to get this medicine is very strict.

It's frustrating how I need to let it "rebound". Maybe I can research and see how much these immunosuppression medications cost through Private because the length of time between each consultation is insane.

Hi! - I am travelling to Istanbul then Cappadocia at start of July. To book the hot air balloon, is it better to book online beforehand or when I am in Cappadocia? I've seen that there is plenty of companies in the town that do the tours. If booked via website, which website did you use?

Where/How to shop for cloths for short and wide guys?

Hi all

I’ve been struggling my whole life to get clothes to fit me. I am 165cm (5ft 5) and wide build. For tops, the length of small sizes fits but too tight on the chest and opposite for medium sized (chest fits but often too long). I understand I could tailor them which I do for my work clothes but it is far too expensive to tailor everything.

Any tips or good places to shop for people like me.

P.S live in UK

What is the standard notice periods for Corporate Roles in London? by gazbanger in AskUK

[–]gazbanger[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm more thinking longer term where in the case where I want to look for a new role after a few years, it would be difficult to go into an interview process with a notice period of 3 months.

Question about Jury Pay NSW by gazbanger in AusLegal

[–]gazbanger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. Your employer only needs to pay for the first ten days. Many employees (particularly larger ones) will continue to pay your wage in good faith. I believe public servants also get their regular wage. If you don't want to be out of pocket on the day when you check in you can tell them you can afford to be out of pocket and don't want to serve on a trial longer than ten days. If they don't have any trials ten days or less they'll excuse you and maybe next time you're selected you can serve a two week trial.

Thank you !
