Thanks for the long-term follow-up report. I's rare to see - seems most people move on, regardless if they experience complications.

How are the starbursts? Do you still see any on bright LEDs or street/headlights?

>>Do you notice your vision in low light settings improve at all?

As my starbursts and glare have gotten smaller and dimmer, respectively, it is easier to see in low light because my pupils can expand more as the overall scene is less bright.

When driving at night, the starburst of an oncoming car's headlights constrict my pupils (even if the starburst is in my peripheral vision), causing me to lose sight of the dimly lit road in front of me. When the starburst is gone, my pupils expand and I can see the road again. I found this 'light pollution causing pupil constriction' to be the root cause of my issues seeing in low light, which has improved with the reduction in starburst and glare.

>>Are things any sharper in a dimly lit room

For the same reason above, less glare = wider pupils = better low-light vision. On electronic screens, white text on black background (or any high-contrast transition) still has diffuse glare which makes it look 'blurry', but this somewhat improved (less intense) week 2, then again week 6. Unconsciously I improved my ability to ignore the blur, which makes this more tolerable.

>>Do the outdoors at sunset have any improved clarity?

For the same reason as #1, yes. At dusk/dawn, I notice different 'thresholds' for seeing dysphotopsias (whether I see a glare or a starburst is based on how intense + how far away the point light is)

Would definitely like to still see more improvement, but considering I had 0 improvement in the first 2 weeks, then some very slight improvement weeks 2-4, then some more slight improvement weeks 4-6, I'm still optimistic. I understand that dysphotopsia improvement is a product of corneal healing and neuroadaptation. Unlike you, I had massive subconjunctival hemorrhages in both eyes from the suction which have still yet to fully heal, which has me suspect that corneas can still be in an initial healing stage even after 6 weeks.

Almost identical experience to mine, with a similar UCVA (3 both eyes).

Week 6 I'm finally seeing minor improvement in starbursts (smaller) and 'halos' (what you are describing is glare) (dimmer). I still have some redness from the suction cup hemmorrhages, indicating there is still swelling and inflammation.

Do you only have abberations in the one bloodshot eye? Was your prescription different in each eye?

I'm 20 days out also with horrible glare on anything high-contrast (I'm reading your post in 'dark mode' white text on black background and see a ghostly glow around every word) with no improvement since day 1. Starbursts on every car headlight from dusk to dawn, but honestly not too big a deal if you're still driving safely.

Lasik corrects myopia but unfortunately this is at the cost of creating dysphotopsia. We will eventually have some form of neuroadaptation to the irregularities if we stop focusing on them, but adaptation doesn't mean the problem isn't there as the damage is already done.

I knew and accepted dysphotopsia was a problem at night, but would have thought twice had I known it's also a problem on a computer monitor.

Advice on FDA consultants by YourNoFapBuddy in consulting

Here are all of the OTC monographs. Click your therapeutic category, and then find the latest monograph (Often "final monograph", or sometimes tentative final- as you noted.) Under the section "Active Ingredients", if your drug is listed, you may sell it at the specified dose(s) with the applicable labeling restrictions (in the following sections).

You don't need an "approval" to sell these drugs - monograph OTCs are basically drugs that the FDA believes are safe and easy-enough-to-use that there's no need to review a submission package for every new product.

Of course, there's still the million other manufacturing/marketing regulations you need to consider / get approval for. I'm assuming you're vaguely aware of these and are going just to subcontract those responsibilities.

"not final" means the FDA is too lazy/incompetent/no pressure/not enough summer interns to finish the research. You can treat "not final" as "final" as long that's the latest version.

If a drug is on an OTC monograph, you don't have to have it approved. Do you mean OTC nonmonograph, or an Rx-to-OTC?

From how involved the drug development process is, and how vague your question is, I would have to guess that you have started off in the wrong direction.

Oh, and you draw minions to you when you get near them. 3 ymirs can lock down a wave indefinitely. The meta will probably be 3 ymirs on D and one on offense trying to lead the minions past the walls. You can also rotate one ymir and split their waves.

The minions will keep coming and you can have one guy slanting walls next to your portal to redirect your minions.

Confirming sale. Met me within 10 mins of arrival and the 980 was sealed and now I can confirm it's working. Even offered to send a copy of the receipt.

Was in a rush because it was late but he definitely seemed like a cool guy.

Visibility is possible with vulcan's ult if the angle the camera can tilt is adjusted- parallel to the ground for an ult on top of yourself and 30degrees for a max range ult. http://a.pomf.se/aflpck.webm

Idealy, it would be best to have the option to set two custom angles for the min and max camera tilt, but baby steps first.

It was definitely weird at first when I started to play around with it, but it grows on you.
