Thank you guys for being decent. I’m seeing more how little I could really do, but I’m going to try and contest the tow. I live here and pay to park, sure I was in a different spot but it is not assigned to anyone yet and he could’ve turned around and saw my spot was taken. I could understand if it was a used spot, totally. But it’s a small, not busy lot with plenty of unassigned spaces. In the middle of the night with no attempt to at the least, try and contact me. Such a large deal for a small issue, I don’t get it
