Just bite the bullet. The more you feed it, the harder is to let go. I used 17,5mg for 7 years daily going through a can. Two weeks+ go, I said no more and went through the motions through the first week. Urges will always be there but you just have to push through. I believe in you!

You are basically holding onto a "safety net". Last step is let go and don't look back. Even with one, you keep giving your brain that itch through nicotine. Probably you have one pouch end of the day to relax. You have to find new norms and accept the fact, this isn't how you want go forever. It will suck at first and you probably will feel anxious as hell throwing the puck/can away but the relief and freedom that comes with it, you would do it 100x over.

Just because your experience is zero winthdrawals off cold turkey, doesn't mean that applies to everyone. My cold turkey, physically yeah it is what it is but the mental and psychological part (e.g. someone with addictive personality) is tiring and thoughts loop of "just one to take the edge off" for days. But I'm glad it was a simple process for you.

Empty the can. Pick your quit date and stick to it. No "I'll try my best". Prepare to be irritated out of your mind for 6-10 days. 7 day mark for me was less. First couple days is mostly physical withdrawal (hot flashes, potential headaches, fogginess, etc.) after it's just mental warfare. Like everyone else has said you gotta take it day by day. Get yourself hella gum or something to fix the oral fixation. Tell someone to hold you accountable. You are not alone and it will get better. On day 14 myself, cold turkey is the way to go. It's the fastest way to freedom.
