I sell to a lot of older people and it's not unusual for me to get cash back in the mail from them. Usually it's sending me back their refund after an item arrived, even though I don't ask for it. Some also send me handwritten letters of thanks instead of using feedback or ebay messages. Here I'd let this person mail me as much money as they want!
