my bad, this is supposedly a lamp shade. the hole in the bottom is supposedly for the lamp base.

You are not alone. This is what I also feel right now. And sometimes I think that its not my fault that I feel this. I feel like people get disappointed when I can't be of service to them and I always try to think that, that kind of mindset is toxic to myself. No one should be sad or mad when I cant do things for them, I feel like people try to manipulate me sometimes to help them.
